I really like how you don't have to wait very long to .

We have started composting our chicken manure at our chicken farm and needed a heavy duty thermometer to monitor the temperature in the windrows of manure. I bought the REOTEMP thermometer and it works really well. I really like how you don't have to wait very long to get a reading and it comes with a sturdy PVC sheath to store it in.

Pros

Seems to be fine. Heavy duty, well constructed. Only had it a few days.

Cons

While the heavy-duty construction and materials ensure durability and longevity, it also makes the product relatively expensive and may not be worth the investment for those with smaller composting needs
