I really like this hair. I'm not the best at styling my hair due to my grip, so I used the elastic band method and laid them out one at a time. I turn them up and install them. Everyone thought I did my hair in the salon! The only negative I can think of is that the refills sometimes get stuck on some things, but I would still buy them back and recommend them to people.
