Review on πŸ”’ HONEYWELL 6108 Fire Resistant Steel Security Safe Box: Digital Lock, 0.26-Cubic Feet, Black by Josh Schaefer

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not bad for the price

Pros: - Great for 8 1/2 x 11 pages even if in a binder or envelope. You can build in a huge stack! About 4 inches no problem - Light weight - Price for quality - I like having keys just in case - I like that it has a handle Exception - Thought I read that it was "waterproof" is, but there is no seal around the lid. You can add a sealer to keep moisture out, but unless it's fireproof it will just melt when exposed to heat. - The battery cover is cheap. If it falls (the battery compartment is under a lid, so gravity is acting on it when the lid is closed) you'll need the emergency keys. There are only five digits on the keyboard, so you'll have to come up with a code that's probably not easy to remember. This forces some people to use a less secure pattern. Definitely easy to hack but I just want it to be daunting or time consuming before it gets compromised. If you're serious about protecting your valuables, you might be better off using this box as cheap bait that you expose around the house, then place your real glitter value under your mattress or in your sock drawer. :)
