The packaging shows how easy it is to pull out this handle. HA! I think I need spinach or wheaties. I couldn't stretch it which means you can't unscrew it. Finally I grabbed the tire lever and picked it up. When I got up I was able to separate them. Now a question. I need to level up when I'm in the middle of nowhere. I might just have to flick them up and down. Having said how annoying it was to get started, there's a good chance I'll buy a second one as it does what it's supposed to. Maybe I should wait until I actually gain weight? Update: I've been using Heap since my first review. Works perfectly. But I don't overtighten the bracket. Would buy again.
