This cute handbag was exactly the size and color I was looking for, unfortunately it didn't open and close without a lot of effort. Why would a manufacturer fit a 9" zipper in a 7" hole? Then tuck yourself in, I couldn't close the bag once I opened it! At first I thought the zipper was stuck and maybe some wax was needed. This is definitely a design flaw. I didn't mind that the shoulder strap was two (2) pieces of leather sewn together because it was a cheap bag. The leather was soft and supple, but the zipper was ridiculous. It's definitely a shame because otherwise it was exactly what I wanted. I returned the bag. Because if I can't close it, it's useless to me.
