I ordered a large size based on a previous story with other brands small bands but they actually do true to size. I contacted the seller because the large one was too big for me and they immediately offered to ship the small size for free. Outstanding customer service from the seller! The products themselves appear to be of good quality. I'm guessing there are two pieces to hold the excess tape in place, one will be sewn next to the clasp and the other will move. You also get an additional replacement for the part that attaches to the Versa. I look forward to trying them out for a longer period of time!
