I've tried returning this item, which is a "main item" and stating that it is non-refundable. So now not only am I stuck with an awful bowl that I don't want to use for my kids or guests, I also can't return it! The stickers were only removed after the shells had soaked for several hours, which is just a joke. How is it a "premium" product if I can't return it?
