Pay close attention when installing, but a great value and solid product.

When installing this product, be sure to tighten up the large brass sleeve inside the base. If you don't it will not tighten down properly. I had to uninstall it after a few days to figure this out. Once that was sorted, it is a great faucet and and an amazing value. I saw similar ones at the local chain stores for 3 or 4 times as much.
