We called her Fran. We've never had a robot vacuum before, so let's be honest, I don't have anything to compare it to. Isn't she gorgeous in that Tiffany blue? We LOVE Franz. She does exactly what we expected from her. Most of the time. She's a very cheeky teenager, so she has a temper and sometimes she does things that make us roll our eyes; For example when we come across things trying to get our attention, scaring our cats and dogs (3 cats, 2 dogs), trying to steal wires, plastic bags and other goodies. What a petty thief. Given the latter, I think its suction power is good, not fantastic. I once threw her some small popcorn bits as a treat, but when they weren't right in front of her, her little skinny hands would just toss them elsewhere (LOOK. spirited). We have to empty her often as all her fur siblings and her 2 dirty brothers are, well, dirty. We set up the remote, but to be honest we don't use it. I either tell her to start via the app on my phone or I just push her buttons. KARMA. So I can't talk much about the remote control. Surprisingly I don't find her too loud except when she tries to eat the bathroom rug when she gets there. I don't know what to say, she obviously didn't like the popcorn. Overall, for the price we paid for it, it exceeds our expectations. And we really love her, even if she can't always find where she left her charger. SHOCKER. If you're looking for an inexpensive but good option that only has the basics, you might consider adopting one of Frans' cheeky robot siblings. π€
