Review on Eastman 41065 5 Foot Pair of Silver Braided Stainless Steel Washing Machine Hoses with 3/4 inch FHT by Dany Meadows

I needed to install a new water inlet valve (locally sourced) on my seven year old washing machine and decided it would be wise to replace the original water hoses. I chose this particular hose set because the right angle fittings allow you to place the washing machine closer to the wall without the risk of the hose becoming kinked. The fitting on the hose opposite the square end is a standard straight fitting. Both end fittings are US industry standard 3/4 inch garden hose threads (GHT) and include rubber washers (4) needed to complete the fittings. The hoses look and feel high quality. The inner rubber hose is fully encased in a stainless steel reinforcement braid and the ferrules on the ends of the hoses are very well made. I recommend these right angle hoses if you plan to place the washing machine closer to the wall and are concerned about a direct connection the risk of hoses being kinked. I consider these hoses five stars, but they haven't been around long enough to deserve this rating. I sincerely hope they will.
