1- I bought the ink a few months ago. I finally got around to using the latest #281 black ink cartridge. The cartridge is full because it's heavier than the one I took out, but it won't print and it still shows as empty on the consumables level. I will request a replacement cartridge today, 04/10/2020. I will update this review when I get a reply. 2- I RECEIVED A REPLY FROM THE COMPANY WITHIN DAYS OF POSTING MY FIRST REVIEW. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SENT ME A COMPLETE SET OF INK FOR REPLACEMENT. I will buy from them again, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
