The way it works is pretty brilliant in my opinion. The accuracy you can get with it is really great and the chalk brushes off easily. The only wish is that the chalk does not brush off so easily. If I don't start sewing immediately after using the pen, there's a good chance I'll lose most of my stitches. I'm sure there's some kind of chemical compound that makes the stuff stick a little more. With its innovative design, it deserves a kind of innovative new kind of chalk. If it could ever be created, this product would be absolutely perfect. Despite that one caveat, nothing else I've used works as well.
