More cream than ivory
No strange smell or anything. It's creamy and I actually wanted it to be white rather than yellow, but unfortunately it has a very noticeable yellow cast to it. Link to the image I pasted. To be honest I'll never know if it's bug repellent because I won't risk it and I'll be using bug repellent wipes too.
