The best pan I've ever bought!

Wow. Okay a bit shocked but a month later when I cook a lot of dishes I like this AllClad pan. I've had a 10" stainless steel skillet from QVC for ages. It's varnished, top, bottom and sides. I threw it deep under one of my cupboards years ago, disgusted by it. I've noticed on a lot of YouTube videos that all professional chefs use stainless steel pans. After many comparisons on YouTube, the top two were Calpalon and All Clad at a more expensive price. Price category. I chose AllClad and am very happy. I am a serious foodie and a good cook. I use mine Pans a lot, they have to be good or they'll go away. This pan had cod cooked in a creamy sauce with wine, potatoes and onions and if anything sticks it's these two. Clean up in less than a minute! Like. I did topped it with coconut oil. Heat the pan over medium-high. Pour in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, then spread the oil on the bottom with a paper towel and the sides. Let it start to smoke and let it smoke for 3 minutes and take it off the heat. Wipe off excess oil with a clean paper towel. Let the pan cool completely and repeat the process. This will heal your pan1. Always bring the pan to a boil, then add veggies or butter. Wait a minute and then add food. Don't forget to add a little oil, just enough to lightly grease the pan. Olive oil is excellent. Rarely put on medium heat. By aging this American-made skillet and a little oil, you can cook almost anything! Simply boil stubborn stains with 1 cup vinegar and 1/3 cup baking soda and cook for 3 minutes. Allow the pot to cool slightly and rinse it out. Use a bartender friend with a cleaning sponge and I guarantee you'll have that Mirtor shine in minutes! Clean after each use and trust me this pan will last you a lifetime. I love the shine of stainless steel. I threw away my teflon coated pan. I can cook anything in this AllClad except the chemicals in Teflon. I love this pan and give it 5 stars for its ease of use and easy cleaning.
