Review on 🐶 Stylish Tutu for Medium to Large Pets - Rubie's Pet Tutu by Jean Wynen

I was surprised that part of the package didn't quite make it through. It is basically a long sash with a tutu in the middle as well as a sash around your pet's belly and the skirt sits right on your pet's back. It might be my fault for saying it in the description and I missed it, but in the picture it looks like it's the other way around. Also disappointed that it is not fluffy and full at all. These are multiple layers of material that simply lay flat. Seems well made and I like the color but it's not what I expected based on the picture.
