I finished this yesterday. I read everything I could find on their website and decided the science was worth experimenting with. I have a Fitbit so I have a pretty good log of my physical activity, the last month has been consistent with other months. My calories for June and the first week of July are probably 3000-3500 calories more than usual. So I calculated that I would weigh 1 pound more this morning. However, I am actually 1.5 pounds lighter than when I first started using InnoSlim. In total I lost 2.5 pounds per bottle course. (Please note I am a 195 lb male). Exactly what I was hoping for. For you dieters, anything that results in more than 10 pounds of weight loss is unsustainable. They will restore it in a few months. Losing weight is a slow steady long term marathon, two thumbs up here!
