This arrived incredibly late and was almost certainly lost. The company refunded me the money and I think they secretly sent me a replacement because it arrived after I messaged them. So 5/5 stars for the company that took care of me. I first bought this product in Taiwan and now I love it. I usually use it with cleansing milk in the evening and in the morning. I use an oil based makeup remover when I apply my makeup first and then this second. It smells great and is soft on my skin. My favorite is the cleansing foam.
