Review on 🐶 Purina Pro Plan Large & Giant Breed Chicken Rice Adult Dog Food (Variations in Packaging) by Alicia Moore

Good dog food - had problems with storage moths when I bought from Petsmart on 2 separate occasions 3 months apart! Priced over $60 for a 47 lb bag! The dog likes it, he is happy and healthy. The vet recommended. They use it for their personal dogs. But food moths have cost us over $500 after our human food and other pet food was contaminated with sachets we purchased from Petsmart! They're invading your home from your garage! Petsmart took the second bag and gave us a refund. They said Purina was the problem and the moth infested bags came from Purina's warehouse. We know firsthand how difficult and expensive it is to get rid of these things and destroy them on your property and assets. So I'm not sure if the ongoing problem is with the Purina or Petsmart. But we've switched to ordering it online from Revain through the Subscribe and Save program and haven't had any problems so far. We still open brand new bags on the street and inspect them before bringing them indoors. We also keep the bags in a large plastic container with a lid in the garage to keep them sealed, protected and fresh just in case. A big pain but I can't afford the time, stress, problems or money to NEVER go through the food moth again!
