I have thin nails that won't improve with a lot of vitamins or creams but this gel allows me to have beautiful natural nails that are impressively strong - I'm a guitarist and jeweler so my hands can take a ton of bullying and I can get 2 to 3 weeks out of one set of patches with this gel. It's pretty easy to use with a little experimentation - I'm not a manicurist, I just watched a few YouTube videos and then experimented. Prep your nails well, keeping them away from the cuticles and capping the tips to keep them from sticking up. The jar tends to leak if I don't tighten the lid very firmly every time and I had to buy a more powerful LED lamp to cure it properly but I'm very happy with it and it helps a bit. . I've also used it with nail forms to build longer nails and it worked great.
