First let me say it's beautiful. But I'm warning you now, before you put him on the bed, do a smell test. I smelled life next to a coal-fired power plant. I thought maybe my cold was over, but for about half an hour in bed the smell was overwhelming. And to make matters worse, I started to itch. It was like fiberglass insulation. I got up and pulled out the bed. I washed the blanket in cold water and then dried it. I cleaned the lint filter before drying. The lint filter looked like fiberglass when the quilt was dry. If you have sensitive nose or skin, be careful.
