Review on 🗑️ Waste King L-111 Garbage Disposal Recycling Unit with Built-in Power Cord, 1/3 Horsepower by David Bartan

Our garbage chute (same model) worked for a year and a half before it failed (started leaking from the bottom). It has a 2 year warranty so I called Waste King and they asked me to look for the model number on it (it's still attached to the sink btw) so I examine it and see the serial number sticker. I don't think I see the model number anyway. The customer service rep sits on the phone without saying a word while I search and update him. Finally I say I don't see the model number but I can send you a picture of this sticker, all sides of the device, my amazon invoice, everything you need and it says if you can't tell me the model number , then I can not help you. The WORST customer service on the planet from Waste Kink! I called Revain customer service and they sent me a new one and I got it the next day. Revain has the best customer service in the world and this is almost the only reason I shop on Amazon.
