This converter was a direct replacement for the 3rd cat in my 2003 Jeep Wrangler. The picture is to the rear, the support is facing the 2 hole flange at the rear of the vehicle and the gasket between the 3 hole flange to the front coils is oblong, Omix-Ada gasket 17617.06 must also be ordered. Nuts are not included, but wedge bolts are pressed into the front flange, so get new nuts from your local parts store. A final word on the installation, my suspension bracket wasn't welded to the top of the cat but rests on the transfer case support bracket which works great as it still holds the weight of the exhaust but squeaks at metal to metal contact I have one small piece of rubber hung on a hanger and now all is quiet.
