Reviews say the leash does not come loose after being tightened, this only happens if it was twisted when put on. I keep it simple and see if the loop falls. If not, I'll twist the rope. Everything that is needed. The dog is intended for gentle walks but is not friendly to people or animals, so keep them under control.
