PAINT AND PEEL JELLY STICKERS is a truly delightful all-in-one activity kit. The box includes 4 colors of paint (green, gold, pink, and purple), 2 hard plastic sheets, rhinestones, googly eyes, a scraper, a fine-tip permanent marker, and a how-to book. The book includes information about how best to make your stickers and then plenty of animals and food items to trace. Children place the plastic sheets over the animal they want to recreate, and then use the paint to cover it. They can add rhinestones or googly eyes for extra interest, and when they are dry, they use the permanent marker to draw eyes or other fun details, combine small elements, and then scrape them off the plastic. The stickers are then ready to stick to any surface, but work especially well on glass or other smooth things (including items like phone cases, laptops, tablets).What I loved: This is an all-in-one activity set that can keep children busy for hours! There are so many fun and adorable animals (giraffes, dolphins, sloths, and so much more) and food (bacon, PB toast, fruits) that they can create! Children could also just create their own stickers, including writing with the paints or designing their own creations.My preschooler was able to get into the fun and follow the general designs of some of the animals, often swapping out colors and getting a little creative with some of the images. Adding rhinestones and googly eyes just makes it even more fun! The scraper is a really handy tool that allows you to remove them from the surfaces on which they have been stuck, so it is definitely a piece to make sure you do not lose!Depending on how heavy-handed children are with the paint, drying time will vary. For us, it took about 14 hours for the ones without rhinestones or googly eyes to dry (so it's an overnight activity). The ones with those features took closer to 24 hours, maybe because the paint underneath did not get as much air. They are easy to peel up and check as you go. The permanent marker has a really fine tip that also helped with the drawing process, making for great detail on small spaces.In terms of age, this could work for a really broad range of ages. My preschooler really enjoyed it - and so did I, as an adult. There is something really fun about designing your own stickers that will appeal to a broad range of ages!Final verdict: A delightful all-in-one crafting activity set, PAINT AND PEEL JELLY STICKERS delivers hours of fun in a cute kit!
