Review on EIMIN Womens Lightweight Elastic Classic Women's Clothing ~ Skirts by Lisa Turner

I ordered this skirt a size 2X because the seller's size chart says 2X is 17.5 inches at the waist and the skirt fits flat. That means it has to fit a 35 inch waist, which is my exact size. I could see when I opened the package that the skirt was too big! She actually measures 20.5 inches at the waist! How difficult is it for these manufacturers to create a more accurate size chart? I gave it 3 stars because the skirt itself is pretty well made; and returns are free.
