The brushes I have are fine. Some fell apart during handling, but that didn't bother me. They are basically as described. Silky as others have described. Some colors are not what you see but that's what I expected. I didn't get: black, brown, silver, light grey, dark grey, dark blue, lilac (in the picture it looks like lilac) etc. I bought this particular group specifically because it had some of these flowers which I didn't have to get. Disappointed with it. I would have liked to contact the seller, but I couldn't find a way to do so. I can't say anything about the seller as he is not up to date at the moment. Usually I want to give the seller the opportunity to to get everything right before you give a less than excellent rating. Hope the seller wants to help.
