This is a very pretty loaf pan. This is a special pan that will look great on any table, whether formal or casual. Lenox made a nice but very strong pan with some weight. It is made of thick porcelain with a very beautiful pattern. The bamboo lid is a special bonus. It's pretty and doubles as a bread cutting board as well as a stand - it's very sturdy. This is a great fall table item. I can't say enough about how beautiful it is. You can do more than just bread in this pan. It is very easy to care for and adorns everything that is served in it. It also has excellent gift quality. I look forward to cooking many foods in this pan. What I've done so far has turned out great. Small handles on the side make it easy to get in and out and easy to clean. You can put the pan in the dishwasher. This is a really nice bread pan. I love it. I just made pumpkin bread in it and it came out easily from the greased pan and was easy to clean in the dishwasher.
