Adhesive nose pads definitely help me keep the goggles on my nose but I have yet to find one that works really well and will continue to work at any length. Time. When they say they're sticky, do they mean they stick to your glasses? This part is fine, but I want them to stick to my nose a bit too. The pads work well for a day or so. After that they start to slide. It's still better than not using anything, but it could be a lot better. I've tried re-wetting them with alcohol or water and also rubbing some alcohol down the bridge of the nose, but once they start to lose their effectiveness there's not much you can do.
