I liked that they were very helpful with my specific needs of data storage/backup for our small business accounting department! They have helped us to understand what we need so as not waste time or money by purchasing more than necessary at one point (or wrong product). When it came down between two products available from them; their services team was able help make an educated decision after comparing both options using all criteria provided during consultations process - including price!! We would highly recommend this service provider because if you go into consultation stage prepared then your chances are good things will work out well &ampt get value fo ryour dollar spent when choosing solution(s) offered through TDI's Team Consulting Services Program!! The only thing about which i am frustrated now -is how long does taking payments take sometimes- but again its just software issue where other people can fix!
