Love this product, the idea of storing fresh fruit for weeks and avoiding freezer burn. However, I had this product for 2 months and the charging station cracked. Revain won't do anything because it's over 30 days. Good 3 months guarantee. The company WILL NOT REPLACE ANYTHING until you return the defective item. I'm sure they honor the warranty but at the same time I only have the product after 4-12 weeks until they send a replacement. Even if they see the damage and a photo of the receipt, they won't do anything until they receive the defective item. I think I went back to rotten fruit and a freezer for a month or two. This is a BAD customer service policy! OK I'll add a star it's still cracked and I still had about 4-12 weeks to speak to customer service about a replacement but after they told me I would rush to replace it I have it just received 1 week. Since I didn't want to wait a possible 12 weeks, I unfortunately bought another one! Ok, now I have a backup :) :)
