These components are few. They are a nylon washer that is part of the fan drive mechanism. They are simply pushed onto the pins inside the compressor. The holes match - it's tight and that's it. There are other, more expensive options for such a component, but a design like this seems popular in the Boost community, so I'm hoping it works out well.
