The original camera on my 2013 charger started turning on and off when it wanted to. After some searching I found this unit which was an exact replacement (based on the part number) for mine. The hardest part of replacing the device was getting to a place where I could remove the old camera and install the new one. Once I had the brake light/camera/trunk release unit where I could work it, I only had to undo 2 screws to take the old unit out and reverse the process to install the new one, which didn't take long. general. The most time consuming part was removing and reinstalling the trunk lid trim. When I was done I checked everything to make sure I was ready to go. I am glad that a working camera was installed on the car.
