I have had a wxi3077 and 5 additional phones for a few years; They survived the cold winter and summer rain with dignity, 1 phone had display problems prematurely, but it still works, and now the main base has stopped working; Battery life was ok, but only shrank a little after a year; back then i think i paid around 79.00 for a complete wxi3077 a few years ago and at that price i can't complain about the service life, but now replacing it would cost me more than all the cell phones i currently own, including the base unit is the exact same phone but every online retailer I'm looking at now is raising the price (except Canada where you can still buy it new for 49.96 if you go to their store. I DO NOT, i pay outrageous prices for them! folks - you will NOT get offers on this phone from these online stores, of course they will, they all pay outrageous money for them and you should know that this phone does NOT have the prices they charge worth this is the biggest robbery i have ever seen still honorable
