Save money switching from magnetic ballast

My old ballasts are tired and some bulbs have burned out so it's time to switch to T-8 electronic ballasts/tubes. I replaced 2 magnetic ballasts with one each in my 4/4 bulb ceiling pendant lights and what a difference. Searched the Robertson website for detailed cross references. Instant on and almost full brightness, quiet (although some bulbs take a minute to get even light in the center - not sure if it's incandescent or ballasted, although they don't have the same problem if they do use the same lightbulbs). Energy savings of 20% by using 32W instead of the old 40W T-12 lamps. They were the same color coded as the old magnetic ballast and the size was perfect. FYI, I prefer the same Sylvania 6500K color spectrum lamp (whiter than sunlight) in my home workshop that I use in my print shop for color accuracy, but the cold, harsh light may not be to everyone's taste or purpose.
