Like the others I love it but like the others I was torn to pieces.
Just received today and my rating will reflect many previous reviews, both good and unfortunately bad. the device itself. It was used for a quick haircut and cut hair with ease. In this respect I was very satisfied. My only complaint and -1 star is that like others I had a damaged nozzle straight out of the bag, of course the much needed "1/2" part. As you can see in the photos, a "tooth" was bent right out of the box and I'm not sure if it's in the picture, but it's ONLY hanging. Had others successfully replaced this part? Also, I'm happy with the product so far.
