I bought this scale to replace this exact model (older but almost identical) that I bought YEARS ago. (I think the first ones lasted maybe 12 years. The last time I used them they got VERY wet and I think I did!) GREAT little kitchen scale. I can freeze lots of garden fodder, I'm sure I've weighed thousands of freezer packs. I've also used it to weigh ingredients in specialty cakes and desserts, as well as breads I bake. I even use it to weigh packages for shipping. Just great weights! It's easy to use and scrolls through different unit options. You can also reset the package weight to only get the exact weight of the product inside. Goes up to 11 pounds I think. All round a great little tool that does a solid and comfortable job of exactly what you're buying it for.
