I'm 5'8" tall with a 36" waist. I bought a medium and it is slightly larger than expected. I wear shirts like undershirts. Belly type, but super moisture-regulating as a tank top. However, the sleeves are too long to wear under most of my polo and other short sleeve shirts. Next I'll try a small one, but I'm worried about the neck being too tight. The medium neckline is comfortable but cozy. The shirt is comfortable and looks well tailored so far. I'm sticking to a medium to wear under long sleeve shirts.
