I like that it is easy for me as an admin person just input my own data from other systems such has SAP ERP or any CRM system into this tool which makes life easier in terms with time saving! It's not so good because sometimes when you click some button nothing happens but there are no error messages displayed either - maybe they should improve those things? If your business needs more than one user profile then yes definitely go ahead otherwise do try out first before buying since its expensive compared if others available online free version tools (like Teamwork). We use EPG mainly used by employees who need access information about customers/clients etc., we can easily share files between users using cloud storage feature provided within epg software itself without having extra third party softwares installed at all times even though i am sure most people would be familiar how these works anyway :).
