So dissatisfied and angry!

I bought this because my family bakes a lot of Christmas cookies. The first time I used it, it burned the bottom of my cookie and left cookie stains on it. I used parchment paper thinking it would help, but no. I turned off the oven and it still did. I wasted 3 or more packets of cookies trying everything. I definitely don't recommend this one. I wish I had read the comments earlier because I see this has happened a lot. You must fix the problem!
