My teeth certainly seem clean but I guess it takes a bit of getting used to. I've used smaller sonic toothbrushes in the past, but this is very different. It gets very ticklish on the gums and where the back of the head touches the inside of the mouth. I used the sensitive teeth setting and it's still very fast and aggressive and saliva flies everywhere. And if you're not controlling the machine very precisely, you could end up with the back of your head hitting your teeth. And cleaning her tongue is not very effective. I had to take out my regular toothbrush (big head) to use it on my tongue.
