Review on LiveSession by Souly Buddy

I like that you are able to see all of my site visitors across multiple platforms (mobile / desktop). It's also nice to be able to track where users come from as well which helps me decide what content they may have missed when visiting our website. The only thing I dislike about this tool is the lack of an API for third party developers to integrate their products into Live Session. This makes it difficult to create custom dashboards or applications using other tools. We've been able to identify areas within our websites where people aren't finding what they're looking for quickly enough and then work towards fixing those issues.
