Hello Vitality4life! We were actually going to purchase this product from your New Zealand website, tried to reach you on an Australian phone number but to no avail. We are actually a bit disappointed with the service rather than the product itself. We used the amazon.co.nz website and there was no 120 volt information. Now we have a product that requires a step-down converter that costs another $200 and a massive piece of equipment that sits alongside the juicer. So that's not fortunate, and the existence of buck converters like this requires constant checks to make sure the coils etc aren't overheating. Greetings Mon
