I don't do many reviews but this one deserves my time and effort. My hot knife just arrived and I had a few items that needed delivery. I installed the blade, read the instructions (1 page) and used it. WOW, heats up in about 10-15 seconds with temperature control and cools down when you release the trigger. I've bought two cheaper versions ranging from $15 to $30 and it's 10 times better. The last one I bought had a small red switch that broke after 5 months of use. I can only hope he is long lasting as he is a pleasure to work with. I should have spent that money two years ago.
