Bought these to wear to the Mad Men party. The Gala is a VERY formal event every year. The man is wearing a black tuxedo and I am wearing a long dress. I wanted to get into the spirit of the theme so I ordered Betty Draper style opera gloves. I really thought they were in poor taste for the price but these were the only long opera gloves I could find with fast shipping. You are perfect! It fits and holds very well - because it stretches a lot. Go beyond my elbows (although I have very long arms). A little shine - to make them look elegant, not chunky. Seriously high quality and (LOL!) expensive looks. Very happy with this purchase.
