Review on Calypso by Dustin Citizen

The way that our customers are able view their booking status in real time as well being notified by email when changes occur makes it very easy for us support departments who can then be more proactive at resolving issues rather than waiting until they call out! We have been looking into other solutions but we haven't found anything yet which offers all those benefits whilst maintaining an affordable price tag so far - however I'm sure this will change once there's some competition within calypsos market place!! Being fully integrated (no need / hassle etc) also means you benefit from any new updates or enhancements made without having separate software/hardware purchases if needed each year..
