Great way organize data and information
It's easy for our organization to use this software because it is simple to learn how to navigate through all of its functions. There are many options that I don't know about but once we have used it awhile everything becomes obvious. Sometimes when using the program there will pop up an error message which causes us to stop what we're doing until someone has helped get rid of the problem. We like having access from any location since sometimes clients come in during business hours. This helps keep everyone organized especially if they are not at their office.
Pros
- The most helpful part would probably be being able send emails with attachments or documents attached quickly without needing help, etc., so no one can do things alone easily instead requiring lots more steps than just sending email attachment files directly within your system as well! Very handy tool overall even though some errors occur occasionally due either server issues/maintenance work needed by IT department employees..or other problems along those lines.hardware maintenance required before usage resumes
