Review on RDEXP Flexible Replacement Suitcase Luggage Travel Accessories and Luggage Straps by Tabitha Williams

The screws in the package were the wrong size. They do not match the device to which they are intended to be attached. The screw diameter is too big. This is madness. Ever since I wrote this review I've been trying to resolve the issue. Bought new screws from HomeDepot. This solution didn't work because the tab holding the screw was weak and broke off. Now I have to figure out how to repair this bag. BAD PRODUCT and the company didn't even bother to reply to this review to fix the problem.
