I wanted the passport holder to distinguish it from other items kept in the safe. The size is big enough to hold a passport, credit cards, cash and other flat items, and it comes with a pen. It is NOT leather but some kind of vinyl so I don't know how durable it will be in the long run. The item is offered in a stunning variety of colors. I bought a few pieces for stockings.
