These are my third pair of 3D glasses and by far the best of them. I use them with a DLP projector to watch 3D movies and the difference between this pair and the other two is very noticeable. This is a much better quality and the 3D is much sharper and clearer. I bought another pair after trying these and will be replacing all of my DLP 3D glasses. Update: It's been 4 years since I've owned these glasses and thought I'd share what I think now and why I still love them. I needed glasses a few years ago and to my great surprise I can put my glasses on and off without affecting vision or causing any discomfort. They have a very, very long battery life. I've had a few rechargeable Xpands and they always seemed to die mid-movie. So you should have planned your 3D viewing and made sure they were calculated in advance. As mentioned, they live up to or close to 100 hours on a lithium battery. And if they die mid-movie, pause, put a new battery in. Of course, my rechargeable pairs were also replaced with these. I've tried a few other cheap brands and again they didn't match this one. I'm an Xpand fan for life.
