I didn't realize it was a medium size until it arrived. My fault I wasn't watching but this must be a medium for the GIANTS. I'm 5'5 and 110lbs so if you're like me you know there will be fitness issues. Also the part where your elbow is is a bit strange but that may be because it doesn't fit me. Despite the size issue, it's well built, easy to use, and comfortable when it fits you. I'll make changes to it to make it work for me (just because it's my third sling that has turned out to be too big and is the best so far).
